Building a culture of excellence would require from you continuous analyzing and improving of policies, procedures, training and development, and performance management.
  • Chart Apt Growth Paths: Knowing that everyone is different in terms of learning, abilities, and interests, create personalised integral / holistic growth paths for each person in the ecosystem. Your planning would include working on learning and development, career progression, succession planning, internal transfers, and also offboarding / exits.
